It would be nice if we could take individual submittal line items and package them together in Team to submit to the Architect for review. Right now Vista PM Submittal Package is the only program that is capable of doing this for us. I had to create a new template in Vista in order for my transmittal to populate correctly from the Team submittal register.

Any update on if and when this might be implemented? I use Vista PM Submittal Package as a "workaround" to create my cover sheet with all the indivdual line items packaged together on the cover sheet and then I attached that to the pdf. By using this process, I have to essentially create two submittal registers, one for Vista with all the submittal items in it and then another one for Team which is essentially just the packaged submittal. The combined pdf is then uploaded to this line item and sent to the Architect for review and approval. This allows the Architect to be able to stamp off on just 1 submittal instead of potentially 10 or more submittals for the same spec section.

This idea would help and provide value to a lot of our customers and prospects who need to better manage the export to pdf process of batch submittal items.
