We spent many manhours customizing RFIs, Submittals, Reports and other items in Vista to match the way we do business only to have none of them available in TEAM. None of the RFIs or Submittals/Packages, for example, created or processed in Vista show up in TEAM. It seems ridiculous that the two products can't talk to each other. At a bare minimum, RFIs and Submittals should have two way syncs so we can take advantage of all the best of both products.

To take this a step further it would be excellent if the submittal or rfi documents etc would then automatically be uploaded to the Documents Module in the appropriate project file rather than having to upload those manually.

Agreed Brian. The two syncing up to each other (both ways) should be a core, accurate and seamless function.

Lon, Id add that the syncing isnt always up to date. It often doesn't push back the Team Number, only syncs on state changes. Lots of bugs. We have had an open help ticket for over a month.
