Implement user selected filename options based on submittal identification fields when printing to pdf
Be able to select the fields (revision, status, title, number, etc) used to generate the filename when printing submittals to pdf. Would allow identification of submittal status when saved out of Team without opening submittal.
Reply via email to Submittals (like with RFI and Issues)
It would be helpful if you could reply to a submittal via email instead of logging into TEAM. Functionality would be just like with RFI and Issues. I was told this used to be functional, but was broken and will be repaired, but when?
Approver/Additional approver function
Notification should be sent to "Approver" when "Additional Approvers" have provided review. so they know they have to do something without searching it out. Also, add "additional approver" column to the submittals main screen, so engineering consu...
Add "break apart" functionality to the submittal component where we could take out a shop drawing that wasn't approved and put it through the system as part of the original submittal
Add "break apart" component where we could take out a shop drawing that wasn't approved and put it through the system without a need to create a related record as the system does not clearly identify it as revision - It's a little clunky
GC and Architect should be able to stamp submittals in Team
The Submittal Cover page is OK, but it seems like you'd have to print it out, stamp it with a physical rubber stamp and upload it back in. The the architect would need to do it again. Use the document markup tools to let us upload a stamp, fill ...
Subcontractors Accessing Submittals
When accessing the history on a given submittal, you currently can only see when a subcontractor views the submittal. You can not see if they opened any documents or if they downloaded any of the attachments in the submittal.
Submittal/RFI Responses Confidential Until Returned
We have multiple architects that want the responses to items from their consultants to be confidential from us as the GC until they review and return it to our court. Also, if an engineer does not return a submittal in viewpoint and instead does i...
Subcontractor Attachment Ability
Hello, I'm finding that subcontractors are able to continue uploading attachments to submittals that are already sent to the Architect/Engineer for review. Once the subcontractor uploads the initial attachment and "Sends for Review" they shouldn't...
Submittal Description Search
To be able to filter or search within the description of the submittal items. That way if you put specifics within the description you are able to search through a few submittals instead of opening up each individual submittal item.
Simplify Submittal module for in house and owner direct usage
The submittal module is too cumbersome. In most cases our submittals are sent via email, are owner direct, or directly to an Architect. We want to be able to upload submittals for tracking purposes, not for distribution. Being able to upload a f...
