As a specialty contractor, running submittals only from the TEAM side is not an option as we are almost always required to submit directly to the GC/CM using their project management solution. The need to bounce between TEAM and Vista to make sure that the Submittal register in TEAM includes the submittals created extra steps and causes issues with syncing data between the two systems( i.e. changing submittal status in TEAM deletes some records in Vista as the TEAM information pushes into Vista).
Having the submittal register in TEAM is quite useful for our field crews, but creates extra work for the office staff who has to administer it.
