I don't want to issue specific submittals to each sub: some spec sections require multiple and some none. Is there a way to default load all csi codes into team, not assign them as specific submittals, but allow the subcontractor to add their own submittals and pull the codes? I would even be fine with just a plain old open submittal form. It's very cumbersome to try to assign a submittal for each item a sub may need to submit, and you'll never truly know all. It's too much back and forth to be effective.

Allowing subcontractors to create and submit their own submittal would be very helpful.
