Currently Collaborator and other roles do not have the ability to move the documents that they upload into the document section. A collaborator will need to request the move from someone like a project editor/manager to move the file.
Collaborators are currently able to delete a file that they upload, but are unable to move the files.
The collaborator would have to download, delete and then re-upload this document to the correct location. This is no an idea workflow and could be corrected by allowing them to move a file that they have 'ownership' of
