it would be very beneficial to import pictures or docs that are stored on a local network into TEAM. If we could have a direct file location on the TEAM server to copy the files too that would be great. The issue is we have our field guys taking pictures on their ipad of pre-dig, utilities markings, accidents etc to their daily job log in Heavyjob. Heavyjob stores that information on our local Heavyjob server. We have the ability to export those pictures out with a scheduled job, but we need to be able to copy them to TEAM and load on the project so everything is documented in the actual project on TEAM. We can't have our Foremen load pictures or docs in multiple places so we are trying to make it easy on them and do the copy behind the scenes. This would help us with utility hits (hopefully create less) because now Crew1 who took the pictures on Day 1 did their part. Crew 2 on Day 2 comes in but Crew1 already did some of their dirt work and 'covered' the utility markings. If Crew 2 had access to those pictures in TEAM it would stop the fines and allow them to share pictures across crews.
