We need to be able to send drawing links to contractors for bids, but don't want to add all of the bidding contractors to Team. Once they receive the job they will be added, but not until then. Currently we have to download and then put in drop box and create a drop box link to share the documents.

It would be incredibly helpful if we could share/cc any number of items (RFIs, Plans, Submittals, etc.) with individuals that aren't setup as contacts with a set of permissions. It would be great if you could share/cc to an email without having to put them in Vista and add to a project, etc. Sometimes we need to share/send something to an individual that we may never need to share anything with again, so our only other option is to download the items out of Team and send via email. This is especially helpful with the limited customization that we have for collaboration types, even the most restricted role can sometimes give too much access.
