In order to use this new feature, you already have to add Team Contacts to the private folder. This new feature still requires that you have to do this first step. Since the feature is called "Share Documents" it would save a lot of time to be able to select any contacts from the list then have Team "share" this folder ie setup the permissions to those contacts at the same time thus saving a step. Since these are checkboxes, it's much quicker to assign permissions to the private folder.
Also, when we do "Share" the old way ie assigning contacts to a private folder, will there be duplicate notifications now being sent?
