We do not create the drawings. Currently our consultants and Architects create the drawings and are responsible for uploading them into the Documents module. Now that there is a Drawings module, it appears they won't be able to upload their own drawings and must somehow get them to us, who them must upload for them, adding a lot of time. We cannot make our Consultants and Architects Project Editors as that will then allow them to see Documents they shouldn't, Submittals and RFIs, they shouldn't, plus project settings, adding contacts (there are too many why NOTS to list).
If our Architects have to upload the drawings somewhere else first so that we can then download them (can't email drawings), that is 2-3 extra steps and it'll be quicker to just share the OneDrive or DropBox folder they're needing to use to share the drawings with us, thus not needing TEAM.
This is yet another stumbling block preventing us from using the module on any project.
