We have standard folder setups for some of the sub-folder structure (for example how we want the folders for each subcontractor under trades to be managed). In Windows we simply have a template folder that gets copied into the trade folders when needed to set up this structure. As we can't do that in TEAM all this sub-folder structure will need to be typed in by the project staff each time they set up a new Subcontractor.
For the moment we have typed in a template folder into each trade in the Template Job we copy from but that was very time consuming and depending on the complexity of the job the project staff will still have to do this themselves for multiple trades.
Even if you could copy a sub folder structure from a Template Job (rather than the whole structure) this would be very useful.
