There needs to be some sort of review process or spam filtering before a comment gets added to an RFI or submittal to avoid out of office reply messages from posting to multiple items.
The person who sent the RFI or Submittal should be able to filter these comments BEFORE they get posted and distributed to the whole project team. Or the system needs to flag the timing of an e-mail response, if a response is received within 30 seconds of an e-mail going out then most likely it is an out of office reply and should NOT be posted. What about an "I'm not a robot" step?
Something needs to be implemented, this is unprofessional.
