When sending an RFI or other TEAM workflow with an attachment, the attachment should remit with the initial notification. For example, if an RFI is created that contains an attachment, the attachment does not currently go out with the RFI notification. To be able to respond to the RFI via email without having to log into team, the recipient would need to see the associated attachment.

Is this an item that is still under consideration to be added?
Personally I would like the option to hyperlink or actually attach. One of the benefits of attaching would be that the person receiving the email would have everything they need to gather the answer before logging into the system. They would just have to log in to respond.
Agree with the idea of a hyperlink in the email. But would this require the RFI/Submittal cover pages be collated with the attached files? There are some key items included in the body of the email, but will this be sufficient for the general population?
I agree. Hyperlinking would take care of the file size restriction. What about when the respondent replies to the email and send a large file size attachment?
and submitals
I agree, the whole Idea is to mitigate file size limitations in emails. This would also minimize the need for Project Members to navigate into the System.
We would like the hyperlink to the attachment in the email versus sending the actual attachments. Attachments can be quite large and will cause failures to certain users depending on their max file attachment size limits on their emails.
Hyperlink to attachment would allow collaborators to respond 100? From email. This would be good also for submittal reviews. I find most subs and suppliers don't like to log onto the site if only needing to see RFI response or submittal review.
