Submit Your Suggestions for Viewpoint Team

Ability to Respond to Submitals by Email

It would be very beneficial if approvers (i.e. Architects, Engineers) could respond to submittals via email rather than having to log into Team.  This could function like the Respond to RFI by email with one enhancement.  If they could click a button on the original email for Approve or Reject so that the Team website knows how to classify the response.

    We would like the ability for Submitters to reply to an email and attach, but not the approvers since we need them to Approve/Reject and we use multiple approvers.  Since the Submitter only has to enter a message with attachments, this would be a great feature like the RFIs.
