I was disappointed to see that Teams does not update Vista with the Related Records since it already integrates RFIs, Submittals, Issues and now PCOs. Relating an Issue to an RFI or an RFI to a Submittal is very key information that we NEED in order to relate report data together.
Since we can only manipulate the data, create our own SQL views etc in Vista, this is desperately needed.
If this isn't possible, can we please be given access to a Teams data dump so that customers can insert these related records in Vista or create their own reports based on this data we house in another SQL database?
Vista through all sessions and conversations is the Single Source of Truth so if it is that, ALL data must integrate TO it.
