The "Actual" dates are important pieces of information required for several of our custom reports which are used extensively in Vista.
The reporting feature in TEAM is not sophisticated enough to provide a professional level report which is required by our standards.
Currently our project engineers are having to enter the information in manually into Vista which takes a considerable amount of time.

This should have been done from the start. This is causing double work for our staff, and should be an automatic flow from Team to Vista. Please implement ASAP!
AGREED. Having to work submittal information in 2 different places makes no sense.

This is a huge issue that should be addressed as soon as possible. The data writing back to Vista is 100% useless without an approval or rejection date available. Please review and implement ASAP.
Huge issue for us as well. We had custom reports created for our logs in Vista and with the incomplete data from TEAM these reports are useless unless I manually update each submittal once something has been updated in TEAM. Also, we use the notifier function in Vista for some of our older projects. Since this notifier is turned on Vista is attempting to send our subs notices that submittals are due when in fact they have already been completed its just that the info from TEAM has not pushed to Vista. Huge source of confusion for our subs and hard for me to remember to update after each change comes in TEAM to keep these notices from going out of Vista.
This is something our firm needs as well, part of normal shop drawing processing to track where the submittal has moved with these critical dates for record purposes.
