With submittals, there are 2 parts. The first is the submittal tracking, which is covered by the submittal page in TEAM. The second very important part is material tracking. So once the submittal is approved and sent back to the submitter, there is a lead time for those materials based on when they are approved. We would like a section added to the submittals that shows an expected ship date based on date approved plus lead days, and also a date it is actually shipped. This will keep the Subcontractor accountable for when we need their material, and it will also help us drive our submittal due dates.

This would be particularly helpful for tracking and submitting O&Ms as additional steps once a submittal is approved.
As a subcontractor, we would like to see this to make the Vendor Accountable
Has there been any future consideration for Material Tracking Module?
Any update on this? We have alot of remote projects in our company and this would be an extremely valuable tool.
If custom fields were added to the submittal register to accommodate gathering that information couldn't those fields be into the Team Submittal log with the new (or upcoming) ability to pull in custom fields?
Great feedback on both materials and O&M. We will follow-up on this in the near term to gain better understanding of the requirements
The same feature could be applied to O&M data also. An important review cycle that needs to be completed prior to owner acceptance is O&M review. This review cycle follows the submittal review. If the TEAM software allowed you to designated all items that required O&M's then a work cycle could begin following an approved submittal status.
