Submittals, RFI’s and future documents need to sync back to Vista PM. Documents need to be available in Vista so other documents can be created from them, custom reporting, accounting integration, etc.

For clarity - Documents will not write back to Vista. We are quickly moving to a reporting solution in TEAM and will continue to review the items we write back to Vista on a tool by tool basis
