If a Project Editor had the permission to change how submittals are marked (as Approved, Approved as Noted, Rejected) there could be properly labeled submittals.
Currently, if the architect or engineer does not respond to a submittal following the ViewPoint process to post the Approval Status, I have a lot of blank approval statuses even though they have posted PDFs of their approvals. It would be easier to be able to change it myself, being the main project controller through ViewPoint, than to keep reminding others to respond through the ViewPoint response flow.
There is not catch net for if users out of my control respond in their own way through comments or a stamped PDF.
Thankss.
