Submittal Response Actions

When the approver is responded to a submittal, there are two actions. "Approve" or "Reject" While this is okay, both buttons show a response dropdown that has all the same responses. The problem that we are running in to is that architects are pressing the "approve" button and responded as "Revise and resubmit" which closes the submittal as approved, and there is no record that they are to revise and resubmit. Could you please change this that so we have the ability to tailor what is seen in the response dropdown for each action? If not this, at least can you change the dropdowns so that when "approve" is selected, the only responses are Ne exceptions taken, Make corrections as noted, and submitted for record only. When the "reject" button is clicked, the only responses available in the dropdown are revise and resubmit, rejected, and not approved by owner. This is a very time sensitive matter, as we are now live and architects are approving submittals that are truly to be revised and resubmitted. Please change this one quickly!!!

    We shipped this one in the 2.2 (most recent) release - you can now scope Status Codes to one or more States - more details in the release notes here. When you edit a Status Code in the Admin Center you can specify which States it applies to.
