I'd like to have an option in the Forms template that would allow me to let Subcontractors/Collaborators fill out a form. It just makes sense to have Subs fill out some of the data we want to collect.

I spoke to one of our PM's today and said what would it take for you to stop using Plangrid and use Team exclusively. He said the only thing he can do in Plangrid that he can't do in Team is have Subcontractors fill out forms. If you could give that role the ability to do that I could prove the concept that we don't need Plangrid.

This would be huge for safety documentation and other required forms from subcontractors.

Thinking about this a little more, it might be interesting to have a checkbox in the form template that determines whether that template is available to collaborators. There may be some forms we want to ensure are filled out by our own peopled (editors.) I also think this feature will be key to adopting the forms in Team. This feature and a mobile option makes it quite a useful feature. Thanks!
