Extend Access for Forms Module based on Roles

Looking at the new forms section, it would be great if we could open and restricted forms based on additional roles. We'd love to get our subcontracts to fill out a job safety report, but currently the forms aren't open to other roles.

  Option to allow Subcontractors/Collaborators to Fill Out a Form Merged

  I'd like to have an option in the Forms template that would allow me to let Subcontractors/Collaborators fill out a form. It just makes sense to have Subs fill out some of the data we want to collect.
