Currently we have to add all cost codes, contacts, subcontracts, etc in Lookups in order to have a drop down list for Form Templates. These Lookups need to be built per project. If you linked the specific project information via Spectrum, we could choose a project for the form, then all of the cost codes, contacts, subcontracts, etc would not have to be input individually. This is very time consuming for someone wearing many hats!
