Submittal notifications do not us the custom State labels that are inputted in the Admin center. Instead they use the default labels in the subject line. I have changed the Approved state label to Reviewed however when a notification email is sent out the subject line still says APPROVED.

This is a frustration as we try to roll out this software to our Project Team and get the cooperation from our Subs and Suppliers. If the Customized Labels don't flow thru to all areas, it sends a confusing message to the recipient of the email. It's been 5 years since this issue was created, please advise on WHEN "likely to implement" is going to happen?!

This recently has caused us pain. We would like the response to be in the subject as well instead of the state. Right now it just says reject instead of something like revise and resubmit.

That is good but the Project name should be in the subject of the email so you can set a rule to place the email in your job folder.
