When a submittal is marked as approved, rejected, etc., and the checkbox to notify recipients is checked, the “Submitter” who is the main person who needs to see the correspondence is not notified by email. It only notifies users who are CC’d on the submittal, and a submitter cannot be added to the CC list if he or she is already listed as the submitter. This is causing some miscommunication between us and trade partners. We would like the Submitter to receive emails for all status changes or at least to have the option to.
