Help us control the amount of notifications while allowing us to set up the submittal work flow.
In Admin settings we need the option to stop notifications going to the "approvers" and people "CCd" until submittals have been provided from subcontractors. I've had a lot of complaints about the quantity of emails that are being received from the owner and architect/engineers. We don't want to make them numb to Viewpoint emails. They will still have the ability to view submittals that are assigned to them but won't be notified if a date changes by a couple of weeks. The subs and reviewers need to be notified every step along the way.
Along the same thought process, the GC superintendents may want to be notified when submittals are provided from the subcontractor and when they are sent back from the approver. The supt. won't want the additional notifications besides those. In other words we the option to select a person and notify them by submittal states.
