External Users have suggested on submittal emails that some more information could be added indicating who else is additional approvers and who was CC'd on the email.
For example, when I send in a plumbing submittal for review I have Bill (leads up the VMP Engineering Operations), Andy (plumbing specialist), and Josh (plumbing specialist). He needs to open each submittal that comes in through email to make sure they were also added to that submittal so it can be reviewed instead of having the email include who was also listed as an approver and who was CC's.
This seems like a reasonable simple change to add into the product for all customers to benefit.
