We have an architect that wants to CC themselves when approving/rejecting Submittals as well as answering RFIs (they just do there is no talking them out of it). For some reason, only an Additional Approver can CC themselves but not the primary Approver. They would like to CC themselves so that they get a digital record of that transaction since TEAM does not send out these.
Some of our consultants also want to be CC'd at the beginning of a Submittal so they know well in advance, but again, TEAM only allows the Additional Approvers to be CC'd and not the primary approver. CC a contact gives them updates on everything, but the Approver only gets one email.
Our Architect would prefer to stick with NewForma until this gets done so we will have to do double the work. This is a feature in NewForma where is sends email copies of everything.

I would like to expand this suggestion to allow us to CC Submitters, Reviewers and Approvers on Submittals. Some people like to know when anything changes, others find it too chatty, but it should be an option. Currently if you have a role on a submittal you can not be a cc, so you only get notification when the ball moves to your court. Thanks!
