Submit Your Suggestions for Viewpoint Team

Submitters not selecting "Submit"

In the submittal work flow it is common for the Submitter to upload their documents and not select "Submit." The Submitter thinks that they have uploaded their submittal but because they did not move the BIC to the Reviewer the Reviewer does not know that they need to take action on an item.

Submitters do not use the submittal work flow as often as the Reviewer or the Approves do. Because of this, there is a large training gap in the program for this step of the submittal process. Is there something that can be added to help remind the Submitter to select the "Submit" button? Or is there an open items log (for the Reviewer to see) that will track submittals with attachments that are in the submitters BIC?
