Since TEAM is supposed to sync with Vista and since the RFI type and number are key fields in vista, logically it only makes sense to have the same requirement in TEAM. Since you can change the type and number in TEAM, but not in vista it leads to the two programs being out of sync which is a big problem. We want the type and number to be required and also unchangeable
