Once we complete a form, we should have an option to e-mail it. A manual way would be OK, but even better, some forms should always be e-mailed to the same person, so a place in the template to designate who it automatically gets e-mailed to would be super cool!

The ability to email a form "manually" was added in our Feb 2021 release. We will eventually be implementing a Workflow engine in Team PM where customers can create custom workflows and have the option of adding email distributions to the different states. There is a separate Suggestion Box item for this titled, "Route completed forms to an email address." Thank you
