I just showed one of our larger architectural firms TEAM. They currently use NewForma and would like an email to be sent to the person either Approving a Submittal or replying to an RFI showing the transaction ie a copy of the recorded entry. They would like an email with the person's name, RFI/Submittal Number, what they did (ie Approve, Rejected) as well as what they uploaded (not the attachment but the filenames). They'd also like this added to the Document's module if possible ie contact A uploaded 5 documents on X date.
They really like this feature of NewForma and would like to see this in TEAM. Right now they will have to CC themselves on everything they enter.
