We apologize for the issues here - in our recent release, we moved some services to a new URL (team.viewpointplatform.com) and it appears that some customers using Cisco Umbrella as their network security provider are being blocked from that URL which will cause a number of functions in Team not to work properly (including login in some cases). We're working with Cisco directly but there are some steps your IT department can do to help more quickly. We'll have the latest information here: https://status.viewpoint.com/
