While entering workers to a daily log this morning, one of our team members using a laptop and web interface could not add a specific contact to the log. The name did not appear in the drop-down list, and typing it into the field did not produce any results for that specific name.
We then tried to use Viewpoint Team (mobile) on a phone to enter the team member and the name appeared without incident.
The web interface and laptop still refuse to produce the name. This is wasting production time to fumble around with basic logging of work. Please provide feedback or a workaround to prevent this issue.
