Currently when using the Browse PM Firm Contacts, Team is listing inactive Firms and Firm Contacts (i.e. those that we have checked the Exclude from Lookups in Vista) and is causing the incorrect ones to be added into Team. If we incorrectly setup a firm or firm contact, but used it on a PM record in Vista, we cannot delete them, so instead rely on the "Exclude from Lookups" checkbox to prevent users from using them again. Team, however, still includes these. It's also causing an issue if the inactive contact has a different firm name than the active where the company name shows incorrectly in Team. Big problem.

I'm finding it difficult to understand why this has not been addressed. You can't even tell which Firm Number is associated with duplicate firms. We are taking functionality away from our field teams instead of making it easier.

We are having a similar issue, if a contact is entered into Vista incorrectly and pulled into TEAM then we correct in Vista we can't get TEAM to update and it writes the incorrect one back to Vista. This is not good.

This is still an issue. We have some inactive firms in Vista and when we browse by Company letter, they are showing duplicates and causing a lot of confusion.
