Every time a submittal or RFI has days changed or updated IE adding lead time, changing any dates , correcting a typo a notification is automatically sent to any contact associated with the submittal or RFI Unless you click on the Notify button on the bottom of the form.
There is no need to send a notification every time a change is made to the items and we have had multiple complaints from subcontractors and architect of getting upwards to 20 emails per submittal just because we have updated a package number or added a lead time - even when notify button has been clicked off .

Agreed! I get contractors who say they get a notification every time we change the status of an RFI (which doesn't update automatically - separate issue), and every time the RFI changes a state. Unless we fix this, contractors will ignore any/all emails/notifications from TEAM!
