We very often have to review the detailed history on Submittals to prove that consultants or trades have viewed a Submittal or an RFI. The one key detail missing is showing that emails were sent, to whom and when.
If a Trade never views a Submittal after it's closed, we can see that, however, if they do not view it, we cannot prove it was ever sent to them. We need to see Sent and Sent To.
We also need to show when Submittals were sent out for approval, whom they were sent to and not just when the consultants view or upload files.
If it shows no emails were sent, it would also be very beneficial to show "Notify Recipients" unchecked or something like that.

The date/time stamp with a statement saying email sent to "name" in the history would be a great addition.
The system currently does tell you if Notify Recipients is unchecked. If it has been unchecked when you push the work item forward, then you will see "Notified Recipients: False" in the full history.
