It would be helpful to have the ability to have distribution groups that you can send notifications to people. Best example would be if the drawings were updated you could send a mass notification for the updated items.

Eric, this is in development now. It touches nearly everything in Team since a distribution group can be used wherever a contact is currently used, so it's not a small effort.
We'd also like to be able to auto-populate the "To" fields to a distribution group by RFI Type.
Can we get an update on this. It came up again as a big gap between Team and Procore (and Submittal Exchange) at a Team workshop we had here the other day. Thanks.
Hi Sam, any update on this one. We have a few users who have moved to Team from Procore and this is the A-Number 1 thing they've complained about not having. Looking forward to discussing at the conference in a couple weeks. Thanks!
Looks like a lot of good stuff came out last night in R7. Still hoping for this one not too far down the road. One of my main Team users is a former Procore user and she really misses this feature! Thanks!
We've had this one planned for a while - it's taking more work than we'd hoped to get right but work is in progress. When implemented users will be able to create their own distribution groups and use them as either CC or assignees for work items.
Strong recommendation to accellerate this and allow the project team to create their own distribution groups by project. An example is one of our subcontractors asked us to send RFI answers to a specific person, copying two other people in the their company. Would be super helpful if our user could create a distribution group in her project that she could address that sub's RFI's to instead of having to add 3 names each time. Thanks!
Agree here. Need a way to comment and send in the Documents. I envision similar to RFI and Sbmtl. This has been previously requested and looks like a new one today. Hopefully TEAM moves on this one.
