When setting up projects, it would be extremely helpful to have something similar to Distribution Groups, but available before the project is set up so we can link our teams to the project versus having to search for each by email and then adding to the contacts queue.
If we could set up two or three groups by project manager and be able to select that group and link all those contacts to the project, it would save a lot of time for our project administrator. We have the same three groups linked to every project, depending upon project manager, but currently we have to spend an unecessary amount of time searching for the entire group one employee at a time linking them to the project.
