Being able to filter by a distribution group would be helpful in submittals.
We have set up our submittals to be assigned to a group within the same company, but when you try to filter by organization/roles or assigned to, it does not filter the submittals since it was assigned to a group and not an individual.

Allowing the primary contact's information to fill the submitter organization group and other information for the distribution group would solve this issue.
Ex) When a team of Architects is assigned the Assign to organization is blank. But having the Lead Architect set as the Primary contact for the group should allow for the assign to organization column to be filled with his/her contact information for the column.
