When creating RFIs, Issues, Submittals etc as a GC you often issue to a team of consultants and copy the construction team. There should be an option to set these groups up at the beginning of the job and to automatically CC or send to this group. A toggle fuction would be ideal.

I agree. They have a similar function to this in Viewpoint Team , but distribution groups can only be set for "group members." It would be nice if you could populate these with any of the project contacts or any email. I know, personally, I'm CC'ing the same 5-7 people on nearly every document going out.
Also, when I first got hired, I had to keep asking my coworkers who to CC on what, who I should contact from specific subcontractors, etc... Groups that could indicate this would've been incredibly helpful and helped save time.
