Print Distro Group Members instead of Distro Group name on Cover sheets

Currently when generating a cover sheet for an RFI or Submittal, the Distro Group name prints. It'd be more beneficial to see the names of those in that group on that sheet. We print this document for the as-built/history set and having the names of the people who were involved and notified in that work item could be critical in the wrong circumstances. 

If it doesn't get changed in the default, please allow for this option in a possible build of the customizable templates. for this.

  There is an option to distinguish a primary contact in Distribution Groups. Why can't that be an option in the custom templates?
