Submit Your Suggestions for Viewpoint Team

Improve RFI and Submittal Cover Sheets by Listing ALL Available Fields like Vista

In Vista > PM > Create and Send Templates when we open a template in word, under Mail Merge  we have the option to Insert a field and it lists all the available fields.  This makes it very easy.

  1. In Team, we have to lookup a list of fields then copy and paste them.  It would be a lot easier to list these fields in Word so we can choose them.
  2. Names need to match what they're called Team.  I had to contact support to find out what "Upstream contact" meant.  This is supposedly the Approver so name the field Approver.  
  3. Any field that we can fill in on the Submittal should be available on the Submittal Cover Sheet (Additional Approvers list, Reference, Submitter).
