As I have the contacts portal open, and am adding contacts over 10-15+ minutes, it always crashes on me then I lose everything I've done thus far. The error message comes up and says "unexpected error - sit looks like we got our wires crossed. Please refresh the previous page or try again later".

Jamie - if this is still an issue, connect up with Support and we can troubleshoot - this should not be occuring.
Oh...and we are using the most updated version of Google Chrome.
I have to say, I experience this as well. As I add contacts, it's constantly giving me the "unexpected error'. I'm thankful to not see that plug anymore (thanks for that update), but adding contacts is literally the worst thing ever.
One thing that has helped me here is using a different internet browser. I was using FireFox, and now I use IE and Chrome. That said, Ive had some other folks use IE and have the crashing issues as well.
Most likely a problem with your Team Connector install. Please create a support case in ClearView and we'll investigate
