Need Quicker Way to Add Contacts to Multiple Projects

We have at least 3-5 contacts in our company that need to access ALL projects so when we need to add a contact to each project (or a lot of them) it is very tedious.

 

Please add a way to add the user to a Project from the User Management window so we can first add the contact (same way we do now where it searches Vista's PM Firm Contacts) then have the project list with check boxes that we can use a Select All then Deselect the ones they should have access to.


We have 2 new employees that I need to add to over 25 projects and it's taking hours.

    So yes I asked this again today, and I was told I need to go upvote this for this to happen. We have 6 people in our office that needs to be added to every single project we do! I'm not sure why this is not available. Team is not very user friendly, and you make suggestions and nothing ever gets updated.

    The amount of time it takes to add contacts to just 1 project generally averages around 20 seconds. There has to be a better way to do this and we need a solution to this asap. This issue appears to be over 2 years old now without having been addressed, but it remains one of the most frustrating aspects of Team atm.

    It really need to added. I need to add at least 7 contacts per job. It takes forever.

    This would be a huge improvement. Like previously stated, we have some people that will need to be added to every single project. If we get someone that is new or changing roles, then we have to update every project, and we have hundreds of active projects at any given time so it is a HUGE time suck.


    It would be great if we could view and maintain the list of projects that the user is on from within the Admin - User Management display.

    This update really needs to happen. Lots of lost time having to go through and add new users to all of our projects at once.
