How is this a security concern? We, as owners of the product, should have full access to update any information tied to a user. If the product owners, your customers, want to update someones username there is no logical reason why that should be restricted.

I understand the need here, but because users' email addresses are their usernames, allowing admins to change others' email addresses would be a security problem and isn't something we can do.
