Our company has Static email addresses for our Service Techs based on the cell phone assigned. When an new tech is hired to replace an inactive tech, the email and cell phone is assigned to the new tech. The inactive tech is disabled in Trimble Construction One but this does not allow reassignment of the static email. A message pops up indicating email in use. Suggestion is to allow deletion of disabled user or an email change so the static email can be reassigned to new tech. We should be able to add a new technician using a previously assigned email without having to turn in a ticket to get the disabled tech's /name/email removed from the user group. This delay results in the new tech not being able to use the mobile app until resolved. We have quite a bit of turnaround in our service area. The static email allows for management to stay on top of dispatches when an employee leaves or even when active employees are out of office.
