When I revoked a user from a project in hopes that it would clear out their PRIVATE access folders they inherited the old settings they originally had when i added them back. I think if you revoke a user from the project and add them back, they should start fresh and would need to be assigned back to anything private they need to be a part of. Seems misleading the way it currently stands

The issue is having to manually research each folder to see the access you gave it to a user. If you have complex folder structures this could become an issue, especially if you had a managing member give out access and then he is terminated, how could you trust he gave out permissions correctly? If there was a way for a Project Editor or admin to run a report on a user to show what all that user has access to that would be the biggest benefit and i'd agree with leaving it the way it stands now. Ultimately this report idea is something that is needed more IMO.
Interested in other opinions on this suggestion. I've heard arguments for both approaches, curious what the group here prefers?
