Superintendent Role Changes Needed

We need superintendents to be able to add folders in Documents. If they have permission to that folder, we want them to be able to add sub-folders as needed without someone having to do it for them or change their permission to PE.

  Need flexibility to define what each role can do based on the module (issues, documents, etc.) and based on each project. i.e. Superintendents should be able to mark up drawings, but not necessarily publish their mark ups to the rest of the team.

  Agreed, I would like to be able to give anyone on the project access to add folders and sub folders (Architect, superintendent, subcontractor, etc.)
