When adding a person to a folder in Documents, there needs to be check boxes for what they are allowed to do:
1 - View
2 - Download
3 - Add
4 - Create New Subfolders
And - have one place to see all individual permissions for the folders.

The ability to assign read only access to a folder would be helpful.

Or even if we had the same ability to assign permissions to each roll type, and create new rolls if needed. Companies are not a one stop shop and we have to have the ability to manage this ourselves.
